JUMBO PULLMAN BREAD TIN

355 x 120 x 120 square sided Pullman bread tin made from the same commercial grade material as 99% of Uk bakeware this pan will take approximately 2200g with lid on and 2600g open top 3 per deck in a rofco b40 and two will fit a Uk domestic oven.

Care instructions for our bread tins:
First time hand wash with hot soapy water + dry in a cooling oven.
Grease them up before every bake until a residue has built up then grease as required.
Many people don’t wash between bakes as this helps with the dough not sticking, much like your favourite black iron pan!
DO NOT use a dishwasher at any times as the harsh chemicals will eat into the tin
